Who ships your order? For products sold by Marshaal, Marshaal (Kerkstraat 13, 8930 Menen, Belgium) is responsible for your order and its delivery. Some products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which can be located outside the EU. If a product or service is clearly marked as offered by an independent vendor, that vendor handles its shipping.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment.
Estimated delivery times
- Belgium: 3 to 7 business days
- Rest of the EU: 10 to 20 business days
- Gulf countries, Jordan and Lebanon: 10 to 25 business days
These are estimates. The delivery time for each product is shown on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping costs Shipping costs, or free shipping when available, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship Available destinations are shown at checkout. Some products, such as electronics, are currently not available for delivery in certain regions, including the EU.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Customs and duties For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Late or lost orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after shipping, contact us at info@marshaal.com. We'll investigate and send a replacement or give a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
